孙悦娜,女,山东烟台人,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。现就职于新葡萄8883官网AMG水产种质与育种系。

 

教学工作

承担《遗传学》、《遗传学实验》等课程的教学工作。 

 

研究方向

鱼类种质资源及分子生态、鱼类分子进化、鱼类分子抗病抗逆

1、国家自然科学基金青年项目:哈维氏弧菌诱导鱼microRNA-375表达并发挥抑炎作用的分子机制研究,主持;

2、国家重点研发项目子课题:鮸鱼抗细菌病的分子调控机制,主持;

3、中国科学院实验海洋生物学重点实验室开放课题:鮸鱼miRNA-375调控NF-κB信号通路的分子机制,主持;

4、浙江省自然科学基金面上项目:基于系统发育基因组学探讨中国石首鱼类的起源演化历程,结题,主持;

5、浙江省科技厅一般项目:鮸鱼种质资源及遗传多样性研究,主持;

6、国家自然科学基金面上项目:系统发育基因组学探讨虾虎鱼类的分子系统进化及物种演化,第二;

7、农业部东海与远洋渔业资源开发利用重点实验室开放课题:三疣梭子蟹抗逆基因HSP70的分子多态性研究,主持。
